A brand refresh, digital menu and ordering platform for a 24-hour Nairobi grill house, with restaurant, butchery and grocery sections under one roof.
The challenge
P.J.'s Grill House serves grills, fresh butchery cuts and groceries round the clock from a busy corner on Waiyaki Way. The brand had grown by accident — no proper logo, menus that were hard to update — and orders were taken by phone and message, with no single place for customers to browse everything the business sells.
What we did
- Rebrand around a dark charcoal and ember-orange identity, with a new logo and a consistent menu and collateral system.
- A repeatable menu-to-print pipeline so printed menus and the digital menu stay in sync when prices change.
- An online ordering web app with delivery within a defined radius and a flat delivery fee, built mobile-first.
- Evolving the app into a delivery-style 'super-app' with Restaurant, Butchery, Grocery and General sections.
